£40.00Long Exposure Photography – Light Painting Techniques – Chester Academy Evening
What Will Happen
Heading into the dark with your camera has never been so much fun and that’s just what we will be doing at the Long Exposure Photography – Light Painting Techniques, Chester Academy Evening with Welshot. You will be creating images painted with light using a wide variety of devices and tools such as, torches, EL wire and props. We will be on location during this shoot, visiting the many historic backdrops in Chester and using them to our advantage to enhance our photographs. Light painting is a technique used in long exposure photography where you can use artificial light sources to illuminate a scene, or to create new elements within the image.
Light painting, or painting with light, as it is sometimes known as, is a very useful skill to have under your photographic technique tool belt – the possibilities are endless. Light painting is visually spectacular. It is unlike anything you can see with the naked eye and we can promise you one thing, this long exposure session will be lots of fun.
This Academy Evening will provide you with not only some great images, top skills but also give you a great night out with other like-minded people who love photography. Why don’t you join us – We’d love to help YOU get the best out of YOUR camera.
Whether you are a beginner to photography, a photographer who would like to try a new genre, learn a new technique or skill or a more advanced photographer who wants to build their image portfolio, you will be made welcome and we would love to help you get the best out of your camera.
The Welshot Team will be at hand throughout this session to assist and help you get the best from your camera, so you can leave at the end of this session with memory cards full of beautiful photographs and great memories.
Please Note: No food or drink is included in the cost of this event. This is a fully outdoor event – please make sure you come dressed appropriately. If Welshot decides to postpone this event due to bad weather conditions you will be given a number of options regarding your booking.
Welshot will be keeping within Welsh Government regulations and recommendations regarding the Coronavirus and Covid 19 Regulations, and we expect our delegates to do the same
