Creative Photography - Charge your batteries, grab your camera and head to the vibrant City of Liverpool for this Welshot Roving Photographic Academy Evening. This photography workshop is going to have you and your camera getting creative capturing those city and riverscape images. You will learn to look for lead in lines, reflections, and details galore. You will be learning to ‘See’ images in Black & White, how to make the most of whatever the weather and light throws at you. From picture in puddles (if it rains) to long, creative exposures. From wide Cityscape vistas to getting those close-up macro photographs. As the sun sets over the opposite side of the River Mersey the hope will be to catch a colourful sunset.

Seascape photography, with piers and lighthouses included. Using the dramatic backdrop of the beautiful North Wales coastline we will be keeping our cameras busy taking and making images, from long exposures to getting close-up with macro. Our June Academy Evening on Anglesey will be in two different locations - first at The Bulkeley Hotel in Beaumaris and then, after supper (included) it's off to Penmon for more low-light, long exposure and a chance to get creative in your surroundings. From boats bobbing, lighthouse bells clanging, sunsets and wandering clouds, all you need is the imagination to 'see' your image.

Frocks on Rocks - Trash The Dress - Photo-Shoot, this Welshot event was postponed due to Covid 19 and subsequent lockdowns. Now that we are back to normal for events we have been able to reschedule this photographic workshop, and previously booked on delegates can look forward to a fun day of photography, props, working with a large cast of models and learn a thing or three about off camera flash photography.
